Elgheriany Reproductive Immunology Framework (ERIF)
The ERIF was developed from the observation that recurrent implantation failure and recurrent pregnancy loss are rarely explained by a single isolated factor. In selected patients, implantation may be influenced by the interaction between embryo competence, uterine environment, inflammatory balance, timing of transfer, endocrine function, sperm quality, and immunological signaling.
Rather than applying uniform immunosuppressive protocols, the ERIF focuses on careful biological interpretation and individualized clinical decision-making based on each patient’s reproductive history, investigations, and treatment response.
